Meet Dr. Wells
Dr. Brandi Wells is a licensed psychologist and certified school psychologist with school-based and clinical experience with children and adolescents with learning, emotional and behavioral challenges. Her goal in working with children and collaborating with families is to improve the overall quality of life for children, strengthen their coping skills, promote pro-social behavior, build resilience, normalize difficult feelings and experiences, and to prevent the development of more serious problems.
With nearly 20 years of experience, Dr. Wells specializes in conducting comprehensive psychological/psychoeducational evaluations with culturally and linguistically diverse children and adolescents. She helped hundreds of children by providing comprehensive assessments for various reasons including diagnostic clarification, learning disabilities (i.e., dyslexia, dysgraphia or dyscalculia), ADHD, depression and anxiety difficulties, intellectual disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The evaluation can be used for private school admission and program planning, special education eligibility determination, Independent Education Evaluations (IEEs), and Katie Beckett Deeming Waiver eligibility.
